Programs

The Innovation Lab

The Lab equips emerging leaders with the spiritual insight, critical thinking skills, and adaptive mindset needed to navigate an era of rapid change. Inspired by 1 Chr 12:32, the program fosters spiritually grounded, intellectually sharp, and innovation-driven change agents who interpret cultural and technological shifts through a Kingdom lens and position themselves as influencers in their families, communities, and industries. The program is a Lk 16:8 challenge to participants to bridge the wisdom gap between the "children of this world" and the "children of light" by reshaping mindsets and embracing lifelong learning. Drawing from Peter Drucker’s insight that the most vital skill of the 21st century is the ability to learn new skills, the Lab helps participants audit and unlearn outdated habits, recognize emerging opportunities, and reskill for the future - whether to advance in their careers, launch faith-driven ventures, or apply biblical wisdom to workplace challenges.

The Prevail Workshops

Three-day workshops designed for churches and faith-based organizations to equip participants with a strong theological foundation and practical tools for intentional, impactful living. Rooted in the principles of Prevail: Reclaiming the Divinity of Our Humanity and Redeeming Sundar: Faith and Innovation in the Age of AI, these workshops explore the theology of giftedness, the interplay of godlikeness and godliness, and a structured framework for assessing personal growth and kingdom effectiveness. By integrating deep theological insights with actionable self-assessment, the workshops empower participants to cultivate resilience, expand their influence, and live with clarity and purpose in an ever-changing world. They provide a pathway for believers to fully embrace their role in the Creation Mandate - stewarding their God-given gifts with excellence - while advancing the Great Commission through lives that radiate Christ’s presence and transformative power.

The Family in the Age of AI

This program equips individuals and families with the wisdom and practical strategies needed to thrive in an AI-driven world while staying rooted in faith and values. Participants explore how to balance technology use with spiritual priorities and how to futureproof family dynamics against rapid societal shifts. Our biblical framework draws from the Prov 31 woman as a model of adaptability and resilience, alongside Paul’s admonition in 2 Thess 3:10: “He who does not work, neither shall he eat.” It highlights the growing distinction between having a job and doing meaningful work and that in the 21st century, relying on traditional employment is no longer sufficient. Instead, families must embrace entrepreneurship, innovation, and resourcefulness to create opportunities that sustain them. Participants gain access to resources that provide insights into faith-driven approaches to technology - ensuring that families remain strong, adaptable, and mission-driven in an ever-evolving world.
