Issachar Recharged

A three-day staff retreat designed to reignite mission, break complacency, and empower staff of faith-driven organizations to take ownership of their institution’s future. In a world where failing to adapt leads to stagnation and irrelevance, this experience challenges teams to reimagine their role in shaping an organization that thrives in the face of change. One of the greatest struggles in the faith community - resistance to unlearning traditions that hinder effectiveness - was a challenge Jesus confronted repeatedly. In the Age of AI, this tension is even more pronounced as technology rapidly reshapes industries, work, and influence. Issachar Recharged is a call to action, a space where staff can rediscover personal and organizational mission and recognize that agility, creativity, and leadership are not optional - they are essential. As AI rewrites the rules, the greatest threat isn’t technology itself - it’s leaders and staff who refuse to unlearn complacency, embrace transformation to build enduring legacies.

The Futurewise Combine

A premier board and executive leadership experience designed to forge future-ready leaders. Inspired by the wisdom of Issachar (1 Chronicles 12:32) and the bold leadership of Caleb (Joshua 14:6-14), this program revitalizes vision and equips boards and executive leadership teams to discern cultural and technological shifts, lead with boldness, embrace innovation, and ensure long-term mission sustainability. Through intensive two-day retreats, participants will engage in Leadership role-playing exercises using carefully selected case studies - including the demise of the Christian bookstore industry, as featured in Redeeming Sundar: Faith and Innovation in the Age of AI. High-level leadership drills designed to enhance strategic thinking, crisis response, and governance acumen, and strategic foresight sessions exploring the intersection of faith, AI, disruption, and executive decision-making will equip executive leaders to build enduring organizations and legacies.

The Futurewise Summit

A two-day gathering of mission-driven leaders, executives, and change-makers dedicated to faith-driven collaboration and innovative problem-solving for God's glory. Held at leading churches and mission-driven organizations, the summit opens with a Friday evening keynote address and a panel discussion on the intersection of faith, leadership, AI, and cultural transformation. Saturday strategic sessions explore a real-world, high-impact initiative featured on the Issachar Coll3ctive Challenge Board, e.g. The Truparity Project - focused on bridging the social, economic, and cultural equity gap. Through working groups and collaborative problem-solving, leaders refine innovative solutions that create real and enduring transformation. The Futurewise Summit concludes with a commissioning session, empowering attendees to return to their spheres of influence equipped to lead boldly, embrace innovation, and steward change with intentionality and wisdom.
