Building social, economic and cultural equity is humanity's defining quest. Equipping people with the habits and skills to build equity requires strategically focused social impact attention and investment. Truparity addresses the knowledge and resource gap that limits the psychosocial and economic integration of millions of Americans from disadvantaged communities into radically transformed and transforming societies.

The Equity ROTC

A collaborative platform for social impact partners (bankers, realtors, mortgage and technology companies, philanthropists, governments, churches, etc.) modelled after the ROTC to address strategic knowledge and resource gaps to create pathways out of The Exonomic Zone (TEZ or non-economy) to the main street of economic activity for people living in disinvested communities.

The Learning Platform

A digital platform delivering Employment, Income, Assets and Debts (EIAD) educational content to young people from disinvested communities, and in-person coaching and economic discipleship by bankers, mortgage and real estate professionals/experts to ensure participants stay on track throughout the life of the program.

Sustainability

Creating lasting impact by helping participants build equity, such as down payments for homes, through a structured rewards program from social impact partner contributions and for-profit arm. The latter could be a truPARITY mortgage company as part of a self-sustaining financial model that fosters economic empowerment and long-term financial stability for its participants.
